Hence, this study explores some of the effective factors such as education, marital status, age, and female-headed households on female participation probability in labor market. To achieve this goal, by using micro data of household survey in 2011, which is carried out by the Statistical Center of Iran, Panel Data with Limited Dependent Variable Models is estimated with maximum likelihood approach. Based on the obtained results, in the urban area of Iran, low levels of education (primary and secondary), could not cause the entry of women into the labor market, higher levels of education, however, especially university education, would cause the entry of women into the labor market. Divorced and single women have a positive effect on the probability of female participation rate, but widows have shown to have a negative effect. The relationship between age and the likelihood of participation of women is an inverted U; that is, at a young age, women are more likely to take part in the labor market than middle-age women. Being female-headed households also has a positive effect on the probability of female participation.}, keywords = {Education,marital status,female participation rate,household survey data,panel data with limited dependent variable models,urban areas of Iran}, title_fa = {سنجش عوامل جمعیتی مؤثر بر مشارکت اقتصادی زنان در منطقۀ شهری ایران}, abstract_fa = {امروزه، میزان مشارکت زنان در بازار کار به‌منزلۀ یکی از عوامل توسعه‏یافتگی جوامع شناخته‏ می‏شود؛ از‌این‏رو، این پژوهش به بررسی عوامل اثرگذار مانند آموزش، وضعیت زناشویی، سن زن، و سرپرست خانوار بودن زن بر احتمال مشارکت زنان در بازار کار می‏پردازد. بدین منظور، از ریزداده‏های طرح هزینه‌ـ درآمد خانوار شهری مرکز آمار ایران در سال 1390 و از مدل پروبیت داده‏های تابلویی و روش برآورد حداکثر درستنمایی استفاده شده‏ است. براساس نتایج برآورد، انتظار می‏رود که در مناطق شهری ایران، آموزش در مقاطع پایین تحصیلی (ابتدایی و راهنمایی)، انگیزه‏ای برای ورود زنان به بازار کار نباشد؛ اما تحصیل در مقاطع بالاتر، به‌خصوص در دانشگاه، سبب ورود زنان به بازار کار شود. از نظر تأثیر وضعیت زناشویی، مطلقه و مجرد بودن زنان اثر مثبت، ولی بی‏همسر بودن بر اثر فوت اثر منفی بر احتمال مشارکت زنان در بازار کار دارند. رابطة میان سن و احتمال مشارکت زنان، U وارونه است؛ بدین مفهوم که در سن جوانی احتمال ورود زنان به بازار کار بیش از دوران میانسالی است. سرپرست خانوار بودن زن نیز بر احتمال مشارکت زنان اثر مثبت می‏گذارد.}, keywords_fa = {نرخ مشارکت زنان,آموزش,وضعیت زناشویی,مدل داده‏های تابلویی با متغیر وابستۀ دوتایی,ریزداده‏های طرح هزینه‌ـ درآمد خانوار,منطقۀ شهری ایران}, url = {https://jwdp.ut.ac.ir/article_54533.html}, eprint = {https://jwdp.ut.ac.ir/article_54533_c281e0a20d5db6fec109c53f79b3bca2.pdf} }
