Context: The low participation rate of women in economic activities has caused the entrepreneurship rate of women to be lower than that of men. Without the economic participation of women in starting SMEs, it will be challenging for developing countries to achieve the 2030 sustainable development goals and reach their full economic and social potential. Recent studies show that the gender difference in the rate of economic participation and entrepreneurship is not only due to the low success rate of female entrepreneurs, but the main reason is that few women are able to start a business. Therefore, try to promote entrepreneurial businesses among rural women is very important. The starting point for launching a business is opportunity recognition, and the process of identifying entrepreneurial opportunities is different for women than for men. Therefore, it is very important to carry out researches with the aim of identifying factors that influence the recognition of entrepreneurial opportunities among women. Considering that in many developing countries, women have less access to financial resources than men, so this is one of the reasons for the low level of economic participation of women. In this regard, the project of microcredit funds for financial support of women in order to start entrepreneurial businesses has been implemented in different countries, including Iran.Object: Now, after many years have passed since the establishment of these funds in Kermanshah province with the aim of financing the rural women of this region to start entrepreneurial businesses, the present study was conducted with the main aim of analyzing factors influencing the recognition of entrepreneurial opportunities among rural women members of microcredit funds in Kermanshah.Research Method: This paper in terms of the paradigm, purpose and method of data collection is quantitative research, applied research and field research study. The study population in this study were all women members of microcredit funds in Kermanshah (N = 626) that according to the table of Bartlett et al., 201 of them using stratified random sampling method with proportional assignment Were selected as research samples. The main data collection tool was a questionnaire whose validity and reliability were confirmed using content validity and convergent validity and combined reliability and Cronbach's alpha. SPSS and Smart PLS software were used to analyze the collected data.Findings: Findings of the study showed that entrepreneurship education, social capital and entrepreneurial skills were the effective factors on entrepreneurial opportunities among rural women members of microcredit funds in Kermanshah. According the results About the trainings provided by the microcredit fund, most of the respondents (34.3%) stated that they participated in these trainings once or twice. Also, 35.3% of them stated that they have participated in the training provided by the agricultural extension between 1 and 2 times. In relation to receiving informal entrepreneurial training, as the results of the distribution of respondents in terms of the index of standard deviation distance from the mean show, the majority of respondents (91%) were in the lower and weak middle class. The average opportunity recognition ability of the respondents is 3.41 with a standard deviation of 0.60. Among the dimensions of the ability to recognize the opportunity, creating innovative solutions from the opportunity had a higher average (3.51) than other dimensions. Also, the findings of the study indicated that the average entrepreneurial skills of rural women members of the fund are 3.15 with a standard deviation of 0.63. As the findings, more than half of the respondents (56.7 percent) were in the lower middle class in terms of entrepreneurial skills. Overall the results of the study showed that rural women members of microcredit funds in Kermanshah are at an average level in terms of the ability to recognize entrepreneurial opportunities. Also findings of the study showed that entrepreneurship education, social capital and entrepreneurial skills were the effective factors on entrepreneurial opportunities among rural women members of microcredit funds in Kermanshah.Conclusion: The results of the present study indicated that, in addition to the direct effect, entrepreneurial education has an indirect effect through social capital on the recognition of entrepreneurial opportunities by rural women who are members of microcredit funds in Kermanshah. The results of the present study indicated that entrepreneurial skills have a positive and significant effect on recognizing entrepreneurial opportunities among rural women members of microcredit funds in Kermanshah. Therefore, it can be concluded that by improving entrepreneurial skills, the ability to recognize opportunities among rural women members of microcredit funds can be improved. In fact, entrepreneurial skills such as planning and setting work goals, designing and developing a business plan, financial and accounting issues, analyzing problems and providing solutions help rural women to better address the gaps in the society and in fact to identify entrepreneurial opportunities.

In Iran, the development and promotion of entrepreneurship is one of the serious needs of society and family structure, traditional attitudes and gender stereotypes that describe the social structures of countries have a strong impact on the process of women entrepreneurship development. The purpose of this study is to investigate the successful entrepreneurial behaviors of women in Yazd. In this qualitative study, the focused population are women entrepreneurs in Yazd. Selected by purposive and theoretical sampling, the sample of this study included 15 women entrepreneurs, who were different in terms of age, education, type of profession and marital status. The content analysis technique was used to analyze the interviews. From the results of the analysis, three main themes were obtained. The main theme of constructive interaction with mental and social barriers includes 21 concepts and 5 sub-themes (domination of patriarchal gender ideology, lack of structural support, stereotype of disbelief in women's ability, economic view of women's work, social short-sightedness). The theme of self-improvement was obtained from 21 concepts and 4 sub-themes (aligning with social norms, proving individual abilities, overcoming self-limitation, observing gender norms). The main themes of reflection positivity were extracted from 9 concepts and 2 sub-themes, positive self-affirmation and action self-belief.

Tourism is one of the most dynamic growing industries in the world. Since a large part of the human resources active in the field of health tourism are female nurses, so the entrepreneurship of this segment of society is of particular importance, so that today one of the important indicators to evaluate and measure the development and progress of the sector Health tourism in each country is the level of participation of creative female nurses in providing appropriate medical services to sick tourists and seeking health before and after receiving medical services in the tourist destination. Therefore, in this study, identification and prioritization analysis of identification and prioritization of individual components of female entrepreneurial nurses in medical tourism has been performed using interpretive structural modeling (ISM) technique. Findings indicate that the components of motivation, creativity, self-confidence, bargaining power and job skills are among the most important and prominent individual components of female nurses in the field of entrepreneurship in medical tourism.

The present study was performed to assess the effect of Institutional Proponents of Women’s Entrepreneurial Business success through the Mediating Effect of Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy (Studied Case, Entrepreneurial Women of Khuzestan Province). The sampling method was a simple random sampling technique and data were collected using questionnaire. A total of 283 questionnaires were administered to the participants. Data were analysed using version 22.0 of SPSS and AMOS 18 software. A positive and significant relationship was observed between institutional proponents and women’s entrepreneurial business success. Entrepreneurial self-Efficacy play a mediating role in the relationship between institutional proponents and women’s Entrepreneurial Business success. At the end of the study, research implications and limitations were discussed for future studies.

Entrepreneurship is one of the activities that can solve many major challenges such as unemployment, low income, lack of economic diversity, etc., in rural areas, in which women, as one of the influential groups in rural society, play an important role. have; For this reason, strengthening the entrepreneurship of rural women is considered an effective solution in the direction of two development indicators, namely increasing employment and reducing unemployment. Learning entrepreneurship among rural women requires more detailed planning to identify key factors influencing the development of entrepreneurial activities. Therefore, to further strengthen the entrepreneurship of rural women and subsequently the development of rural areas, the study of factors affecting the development of rural women entrepreneurship is of great importance. Accordingly, the purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting the entrepreneurship of rural women and classify them in terms of value and importance, which has been studied by qualitative meta-analysis. In the present study, out of a total of 112 published scientific-research articles, 46 articles completely related to the research topic, which have been done in a survey and field, have been reviewed; The research period is from 2005 to 2020. Examining the research on rural women entrepreneurship, it was found that the factors affecting their entrepreneurship are classified into seven categories: infrastructure - environmental, family, individual - behavioral, social - cultural, economic - financial, institutional - legal and promotional - educational. According to the research findings, the most important factors affecting the development of rural women entrepreneurship are: the level of literacy and personal knowledge of rural women, participation in entrepreneurship training courses, earning money, membership in secondary groups, family support, support of government institutions and agent Transportation.

Today, women play an important role in rural area and their capacities in entrepreneurship and employment can enhance rural economics development. Accordingly, the present study seeks to identify the personal haracteristics of rural women and investigate the effect of this characteristics on entrepreneurial success in Hamedan province. This study in terms of the aim, is an applied research and, in terms of research, is descriptive– correlative that has been conducted through a surveying methodology by using questionnaire as a main tool. The statistical population of this study consists of 117 rural women entrepreneurs in Hamedan province. The Cronbach's alpha coefficient which was calculated for personal characteristics and levels of rural women entrepreneurship success were 0/80 and 0/81. Level of rural women success was measured by 10 variables like income growth, increasing production level, using new production tools and methods, using new and various methods in distribution and sale and job opportunities creation. Based on the results of research, among the personal characteristics, commitment and responsibility (M= 4.76), hard work (M= 4.74) and achievement (M= 4.69) were the most important entrepreneurial characteristics of rural women. Also, the results showed a significant positive relationship between personal characteristics of rural women and level of their entrepreneurial success.

The main purpose of this applied research is to investigate the factors affecting rural female entrepreneur’s business performance. Based on theoretical literature, business performance is affected by several factors such as demographic characteristics, environmental factors, motives, social networks, skills, human capital and social learning. This research has been conducted applying a surveying technique by using questionnaire as the main tool. The population consists of 111 rural women who owned business in Mianeh County. The analysis and structural equation modeling showed the significant relationship between independent variables such as rural women’s goals, motives, planning skill, business skills and their business performance. Based on the research results, straightening these variables can enhance rural women entrepreneurship development.

This study aims toidentify similarities and differences in women and men entrepreneurs' motivations usinga mixmethod research in a sample of entrepreneurs in the industry sector atthe Golestan provinceMethodology: this is a mix method of qualitative exploratory research in order to identifyentrepreneurs' motivations. Data was gathered by deep interviews with 20 entrepreneurs.Then, a quantitative descriptive study was undertakenin order to compare and prioritizewomen and men entrepreneurs' motivations based on data gatheredthrougha predefinedquestionnaire.Results/discussion/analysis: the results of the qualitative study showed that entrepreneurs'motivations in the industry sector are earning money, creating jobs, opportunity exploitation,helping the society, proving competencies, internal satisfaction, and independence. Theresults also showedthat there is asignificant difference between women and menentrepreneurs for two motivations of "proving competencies" and "earning money".Conclusion: These results help policy makers to further focus on the development of women'sentrepreneurship in Iran.

This investigation was performed to determine the educational needs of the entrepreneur women in the city of Isfahan, which is applicable in terms of objectives, and descriptive surveying in nature. Its statistic population is 91 entrepreneur women in Isfahan, that due to the limited population, the controlling sample was considered equal to the population. The tool for collecting data was a questionnaire, the stability of which was calculated as 80% through Conbach Alpha coefficient in order to test the research questions and to obtain its result, variance analysis and freedman test have been utilized. The result showed that the entrepreneur women’s most important educational needs in the field of marketing include familiarity with international marketing and their least important need is the knowledge of 4 principles of marketing. Moreover, the entrepreneur women’s most important educational needs in the field of financial management and accounting is the knowledge of various financial proportions and their least important need used to be the financial provisions from banks and financial organizations. The most important educational need in the field of law, for entrepreneur women, is familiarity with labor law and the least important need is related to insurances and insurance contracts. In the field of production and operations management, the most important educational need of entrepreneur women consist of work and time measurement techniques and their least important needs is about quality standards. Finally, in the field of human resources and personnel affairs, the entrepreneur women’s most important educational need is determined to be specification of procurement of employment conditions and their least important need is the methods of personnel motivations. Further more, there is no significant difference between their educational needs in terms of service records, as well as their educations.
